Conveniently located in between Bucks County and Montgomery County in the metro Philadelphia area we are easily accessible by the Pennsylvania turnpike off the Willow Grove exit 343.

ON SITE ALTERATIONS
Skilled seamstress on premise!

Our extremely meticulous and detail oriented seamstress is also the owner Connie. All alterations are done on premises and by appointment only. Because we have very limited appointments available for alterations this is an exclusive service we can only offer to our customers that purchased their dress at Ashley's Bridal.

WEDDING GOWN PRESERVATION

With over 100 years of experience, your wedding dress will be shipped fully insured to our warehouse that only cleans and preserves gowns. Every item is inventoried and pre-treated for all stain removal. Then it is fully cleaned and then put through an anti sugar treatment to make sure the fabric does not yellow in the future. Once it is fully dried, it is gently placed into an acid free box which is sealed with a window so you can verify the contents. It is then placed into a shipping box delivered directly to your door which will require a signature to guarantee delivery. A fantastic gift idea can be purchased ahead of time for a shower gift or wedding present. Drop off all of your items you wish to preserve and we will handle labeling and boxing it up for you. No appointment necessary.

  • HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON WEDDING DRESSES?


    Make sure you look through our wedding dress collections and view all of the dresses we have in the store as samples on our pinterest boards. If you want to bring a strapless bra with you we recommend it to be a nude color so it doesn't distract you when you try on some of the low cut designs. Shoes are not necessary unless you want to see them with the dress. And to help us limit damage to our dresses, please do not use any tanning lotions, perfumes or heavy makeup.

  • CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING OUR APPOINTMENT?

    Yes snap away! We actually encourage it. Be sure to tag your family, friends and us. We also have a great feature that allows you to see yourself in the wedding dress of your dreams on our tv screens. A very helpful tool so you can see all the details of your gown even the back! An experience that will make it so easy to say yes to the dress!

  • DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL INCENTIVES IF I PURCHASE MY WEDDING DRESS ON THE FIRST VISIT?

    Since we do offer special promotions when you find your dream wedding dress during your first visit, it's best to bring the people who you need to help you with your decision so you don't miss out! It's also a good idea to have your budget in mind before coming in as well.

  • WHEN I SAY YES TO MY WEDDING DRESS AT ASHLEY'S BRIDAL, WHAT WOULD BE MY DEPOSIT?

    We require a 60% nonrefundable deposit to place your order and we prefer cash and checks. We also accept all major credit cards except Amex. Once your order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made since all orders are custom made. The remaining balance is due upon gown arrival. All sales are final. 

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY WEDDING DRESS AFTER I ORDER IT?

    Generally, it takes about 6 months for your gown to come in once it has been ordered. The times can vary depending on the designer and the time of year you place your order. However, rush is available for most of our designers for an additional charge. For those with a shorter timeframe, you are always welcome to purchase any of our wedding dresses right off the rack at a discounted rate.

  • DO YOU HAVE A SEAMSTRESS THAT CAN DO ALTERATIONS?

    Yes, we have a seamstress on property and we do all the alterations in our salon. We will order your dress as close to your current size as possible but all wedding dresses will need some alterations to fit your perfectly. Our highly skilled and detail oriented seamstress on property is the owner Connie. So not only can you meet her and speak to her before you make your purchase but she can make recommendations of how she can get your wedding dress to fit your body perfectly.

  • CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM CHANGES SUCH AS CHANGING THE NECKLINE, ADD SLEEVES, ADD MORE SPARKLE TO THE DRESS AND HOW MUCH DO ALTERATIONS COST?

    Costs do vary but general alterations average from $200-$400. That includes free storage of your dress, all alterations to fit you perfectly for your very important day, steaming of your dress and a beautiful garment bag to keep it safe. All custom changes are discussed on an individual basis but are very reasonable and will surprise you. Just ask us.

  • WILL YOU ALTER A WEDDING DRESS THAT HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED AT ASHLEY'S BRIDAL?

    Since we service Philly, Bucks County and Montgomery County we are limited in available time slots for alterations so we reserve these for our brides as an exclusive service so we are able to provide them with the best possible experience. So unfortunately we do not alter any wedding dress that was not purchased from our store.

  • WHAT IS A TRUNK SHOW?

    A trunk show is a special instore event allowing you the opportunity to see and try on wedding dresses that aren't part of our regular inventory. You can browse through the complete collection from your favorite designer. And many times, you get to preview a collection before it is available in other stores. Which means you would be one of the first to see it, first to wear it and first to purchase it. These events only last a couple of days and appointments fill quickly so we recommend you book early as possible.

  • CAN YOU ORDER A WEDDING DRESS I DID NOT SEE IN YOUR STORE SERVICING THE PHILLY AREA?

    Yes, we have access to over 100 different designers. And since we service customers in Bucks County, Montgomery County and Philadelphia County we would be happy to order any wedding dress for you. Tell us the designer and style number and we can order it for you.
